DJ Paolini is the author of The Rock and the Rose Saga, a romantic adventure series that includes the novels The Infinite Passion of Life; Within Me, an Infinite Summer; Knowing She Hath Wings; and Strong at the Broken Places, and the novellas The Lovely Face of Light, Not Within the Stars, and Know Your Own Happiness, separate eBooks which can be found aggregated in “The Rock & the Rose Novellas: Volume 1.” The novellas offer deeper glimpses into the backstories of the characters of The Rock & the Rose Saga.
He’s also the author of the Tales of Ulysses novels The Outsider and the upcoming The Attorney, as well as the Playing at Romance eBook series, which includes Playing the Advantage, Playing It Back, Playing for Keeps, and Playing Our Song.
In his spare time over the last four decades, he has played in weekend rock bands and served as a volunteer firefighter and emergency squad member, including six years as fire chief. He’s a licensed soccer referee and has served as the administrator for youth soccer referees in his home state of New Jersey. He travels extensively and infuses that experience into his writing. He doesn’t know what he wants to be if he grows up, other than romantic. In the meantime, he enjoys traveling with his wife Patty and spending time with their children and granddaughter.
